This opulent suite provides modern amenities in an antebellum woodland oasis. Only 10 minutes from downtown and UGA it sits in the middle of 16 acres of woodlands with a half mile walking trail.
The Halcyon room has a private entrance as well as a door to the shared area of the main house. One section of the wall is exposed timbers from the original 1820 exterior wall construction.

Newly renovated second floor of the carriage house at the Athens House. The Magnolia room is a quaint respite only 10 minutes from downtown. Boasts a private bathroom and a private balcony. The balcony overlooks 13 acres of an antebellum homestead built in 1820.

The King Suites are located in our cottage. There are 2 separate suites (Hyacinth; Gardenia) each with their own bedroom, bathroom, sitting area.  All rooms have a private entrance with electronic locks. 
The cottage has a large porch with peaceful views of the 20 acre property and daily (almost hourly)  deer sightings all year long!

This room is a truly one of a kind! It is part of the original 1820 structure but has a newly updated bathroom.

Welcome to the Athens House. Our Azalea room is the bottom floor of the carriage house and is fully ADA compliant. As all rooms here are set in the middle of 25 acres of woodland and fields with ample wildlife and quiet to enjoy. This room has a queen size bed, a private bathroom, a small living area, and an eating area.
