We are a traditional bed and breakfast surrounded by 21 acres of pasture and woodlands yet only 5 miles from downtown Athens and the UGA campus.

We have 6 rooms spread over three buildings and shared areas in the main house.

I was so looking forward to a welcoming bed and breakfast, as advertised on your website. After a long 5 hour drive a hot bath in a jacuzzi tub would have done wonders. Turns out there was not enough hot water to fill the tub and there is No breakfast during the week. Please make it more clear on your. Website that B&B is for weekenders only..
